Monitoring channels, citing satellite geolocation, also reported strikes on Belgorod's Luch thermal power plant and an electrical substation — claims that remain independently unverified for now.

The Belgorod strike continues a run of nightly attacks on warehouses linked to Wildberries, Russia's largest online marketplace, which Kyiv says has been used to sell drone components and body armor for the Russian military. Overnight on July 24, Wildberries warehouses came under attack in St. Petersburg — a rare strike on Russia's second-largest city — as well as in Tver and occupied Crimea. Earlier the same week, similar strikes hit warehouses in Krasnodar and Stavropol Krai.
Analysts estimate Wildberries' combined economic losses from this strike series already run into the billions of dollars. A July 18 strike on warehouses in Kotovsk and Elektrostal killed at least nine people and wounded more than 60; a kindergarten building in Elektrostal was also damaged in that attack. President Volodymyr Zelensky has said the targeted logistics centers "supply the Russian army with military supplies."
