On 5 September 2026 the team of Volunteers Support Ukraine met our German partners, pro interplast Seligenstadt, at the border to receive another shipment of humanitarian aid — the twenty-seventh so far. Twenty-seven trips in a row is not a one-off impulse but steady support built up over years, and we are sincerely grateful to our German friends for it.
The cargo was transferred from several vehicles right there at the meeting point: food, energy drinks and other beverages, nuts, hygiene products, EcoFlow batteries, as well as medicines and medical supplies. Both teams worked quickly and smoothly as the boxes passed from van to van.
From there the whole shipment went to the organisation's warehouse, where it is already being prepared for handover to the military. The unloading took place in a warm, almost family atmosphere — even the volunteers' children joined in: one little boy diligently helped carry boxes of snack bars.
