Overnight on 5 November a hostile attack set a warehouse on fire in Bucha district, Kyiv region. Rescuers contained the blaze and one man was injured.
In the early hours of 5 November, a russian attack once again targeted logistics infrastructure in the Kyiv region. According to Tymur Tkachenko, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, a hostile strike started a fire on the premises of a warehouse in Bucha district. Volunteers Support Ukraine is following the situation as it develops.

Rescue teams from Bucha and other districts of the region headed to the scene, and extra forces were called in. According to the State Emergency Service, the fire was contained, after which crews moved on to dousing hotspots and clearing structures damaged by the blaze.

Preliminary information indicates there were no fatalities. One man was injured. The military administration initially said it was still clarifying whether there were other victims, so official figures may be updated.

Warehouses and logistics sites in the Kyiv region have been hit by drones repeatedly in recent weeks: each time it means fires, wrecked buildings and rescuers working through the night. They are the first to arrive when flames threaten people and property.
